Bc’s second largest city, Surrey, is expanding rapidly, with King George Station quickly becoming the new downtown hub of the city. One of the new developments at this station is King George Hub by PCI Developments.

 

King George Hub is a four phase mixed use development that will provide 760,000 sq.ft. of LEED Gold, transit-oriented office and retail space, as well as approximately 1.2 million sq.ft. of residential space which will be spread among approximately 1500 units in 3 different towers.

 

All of this will be located at 9850 King George Boulevard, which sits directly adjacent to the Expo Line’s King George Station and two proposed future rapid transit lines and stations.
