Surrey-Langley SkyTrain Extension Completion 2029
The Langley SkyTrain Extension route will extend 16 kilometres on an elevated guideway, starting from King George Station in Surrey and ending at 203 Street in Langley City. Eight stations will be built along the way: Green Timbers, 152 Street, Fleetwood, Bakerview-166 Street, Hillcrest-184 Street, Clayton, Willowbrook, and Langley City Centre. The eight stations included in the transit-oriented development are expected to bring significant economic benefits. Around 20,000 jobs will be created near these stations, and approximately 100,000 homes will be built within 800 meters of them. It’s a significant project for the region. The SkyTrain expansion will extend the Expo Line 16 kilometres from King George Station in Surrey to 203 Street in Langley City.
