About Oak Flats Pre-Sale Development

As the Oak Street corridor goes through a major redevelopment, many businesses and service providers have already taken note and begun to move into the area. There are over 33 restaurants within a thirty-minute walk from the front door of this New Development (the list is below, along with other walkable amenities close to the building). Additionally, there are also nine public parks to explore within the same walking distance. Because this is a development geared towards families, local schools are also within walking distance. History of Marpole

The Marpole neighbourhood was named after Richard Marpole, General Superintendent of the Canadian Pacific Railway Pacific Division in Vancouver in the early 20th century. Acting as a major industrial hub for Vancouver, this neighbourhood was home to various sawmills, shingle mills, and gravel companies. Now the gateway to Richmond, Surrey, Delta, and South Delta.
