Skytrain Condos is excited to announce Suter Brook Village’s ‘Grande’ New Addition!

This new multicultural-hub The Grande will be located in Port Moody at 300 Morrissey Road.

Suter Brook Village’s newest development, The Grande, will consist of 220 sophisticated homes spread over this spectacular 26 story tower. Floor plans will include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes ranging from 600 to over 2100 sq.ft. Along with this, commuting is as easy as walking a few steps to the new Evergreen Line Inlet Centre Station, the West Coast Express, or driving a couple minutes to highways in either direction. It doesn’t get much easier than that.

For pricing, floor plans and sales commencement please call 604-220-5277 or email info@skytraincondo.ca.

Suter Brook Village is a vibrant social center and all-encompassing neighborhood situated on 22 acres of land in idyllic Port Moody. One of the popular attractions for the young demographic in the area is what’s called Brewers Row, where four unique microbreweries have set up within a three block stretch on the same street. This provides a great opportunity to try numerous local beers while making new friends. Not only would this be a short walk from your front doorstep but you could also just as easily access Inlet Park and run a few laps to burn off all those beers.

Over the last few years as demand for housing in suburban areas has increased, Port Moody has experienced a massive growth in popularity, yet still offers exceptional value for your dollar.

This project is being brought forward by ONNI, who are behind some of the best and most renowned new developments and master-planned communities in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. The Grande will be no exception and we can expect exceptional levels of finishes in combination with awe inspiring mountain and ocean views, all located mere steps from transit systems and highways.

Are you only interested in presales, or are you also interested in skytrain-accessible properties that are already built?

If so, here are all of the properties currently for sale just a short walk from every skytrain station on the evergreen skytrain line:

Lougheed Station / Burquitlam Station / Moody Centre Station / Inlet Centre Station / Lincoln Station / Lafarge Station

Changes are coming to Vancouver’s Rapid Transit System

On September 19, 2016, Translink CEO Kevin Desmond announced that changes are coming to Vancouver’s Rapid Transit system. Users of the network will see these changes coming to effect on October 22 as part of a test to prepare for the opening of the new Evergreen Extension.

Here is a bullet point summary of how these changes will affect the Expo and Millennium Lines:

The Expo Line:

  • Implementation of two routes:
    • First one travelling between Waterfront (Downtown Vancouver) and King George Station (Surrey).
    • Second one travelling between Waterfront (Downtown Vancouver) and Production Way-University in Burnaby

The Millennium Line:

  • No longer travelling to Waterfront Station. It will go between VCC-Clark station in Vancouver to Lougheed Town Centre in Burnaby.
  • Commercial Broadway
  • Lougheed Station (NOTE: MAKE SURE TO READ THE SIGN ON THE TRAIN AND/OR ON THE NOTICE BOARD! YOU COULD END UP ON THE WRONG TRAIN AS THEY ARE ARRIVING ON THE SAME PLATFORM)
  • Production Way-University

There will also be some changes once the Evergreen Line comes into operation which will affect the Millennium Line. The Millennium Line will now operate between VCC-Clark and Lafarge Lake – Douglas stations. Meaning that you will have the ability to enjoy a “one-seat” ride between Lafarge Lake – Douglas and VCC-Clark so you’ll have plenty of time to browse the internet, keep on to date on the market, and get some much-needed work done.

If you are concerned about these changes and are unsure of how it will affect your daily commute. Translink has provided a Trip Planner on their website that takes into the account and will show you how your daily commute is affected.
