Bc’s second largest city, Surrey, is expanding rapidly, with King George Station quickly becoming the new downtown hub of the city. One of the new developments at this station is King George Hub by PCI Developments.

 

King George Hub is a four phase mixed use development that will provide 760,000 sq.ft. of LEED Gold, transit-oriented office and retail space, as well as approximately 1.2 million sq.ft. of residential space.

 

All of this will be located at 9850 King George Boulevard, which sits directly adjacent to the Expo Line’s King George Station and two proposed future rapid transit lines and stations.

 

The first phase, which was recently completed, included the new Coast Capital Savings Credit Union’s Help Headquarters, a day care, ample parking, and a fitness facility for employees.

 

The second phase consists of mixed-use residential and office towers above vibrant retail spaces. Some of the amenities residents will enjoy includes over 20,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor amenity space along with direct access to transit and Holland Park across the street.

 

The third phase is an office and retail building and the fourth phase will be residential, all connected around pedestrian-friendly plazas to the King George Skytrain Station, bus stops, and future LRT stations.
