The Heights On Austin Coquitlam

Beedie Living is constructing two residential condo towers at the Austin Heights Safeway store that is currently under construction. These towers will be some of the tallest in the area. They will be 26 (west) and 27 (east) storeys tall with 170 and 186 homes totalling 356 between the two. Over half of the homes will contain 2 or more bedrooms. The unit mix will consist of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bed units as well as some 1 + den. These two buildings will be integrated into the Safeway and share a common underground parking lot. These new homes will be located walking distance to Blue Mountain Park. Amenities

On offer at The Heights On Austin will be over 30,000 sq ft of amenity space.
